There are a number of factors involved in deciding whether to add or replace a heating unit. That's why one of our experts will go to your home, at no cost to you, to assess your current installation and prepare a quote that takes into account the following:
- Heating requirements of your home
- Number and type of units recently installed
- Compliance with applicable codes
- Conversion from one energy source to another
- State of existing installation before any units are added or replaced (compliance, obsolete units, etc.)
- Devices (humidifier, filter, etc.) already there and to keep when replacing or adding new units

Our installation includes the following :
- Disassembly and removal of any units that have been replaced, are not being kept or will no longer be required (devices, oil tank, etc.)
- Connections (unless a unit is being moved or added) between:
- the new unit and air ducts (for forced-air systems)
- the new unit and existing pipes (for hot-water systems)
- Connecting the unit to the oil supply, natural gas supply or existing electrical system
- Replacing the flue and barometric damper when replacing an oil-fired system
- Putting in a new power feed for the unit when converting to electricity or installing a new unit
- A new thermostat for each central heating unit replaced or installed
- Control devices, wiring, terminal block and indicator light for dual-energy installations
- New hook-up to natural gas supply in the case of a conversion
- Blocking up the chimney inside your house when it is no longer required .
